Do you accept insurance claims for collision repair?
Yes. Autohaus works with every major insurance company and handles the claim paperwork for you. Bring us the claim number after your accident and we coordinate the estimate, supplements and approvals with the adjuster, so the repair moves forward without you chasing the insurer.
Can my insurance company make me use their body shop?
No. In Virginia you choose who repairs your vehicle. Your insurance company may recommend a shop, but state law (Va. Code § 38.2-517) says it can't require you to use one as a condition of paying your claim. Bring us your claim number and we will work directly with your adjuster.
Do you offer free estimates for collision damage?

What are your business hours?
Autohaus is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We are closed on Sunday. A night drop is available so you can leave your vehicle after hours, and any holiday closure is announced at the top of this page and in the hours listed below.
Do you work on Audi and other European vehicles?
Yes. Autohaus specializes in Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen and other European vehicles alongside all domestic and Asian makes. Our technicians follow factory repair procedures and use OEM parts when required, so body work, paint and mechanical repairs keep the fit, finish and safety systems intact.
How long does collision repair take?
Most minor collision repairs are finished in three to five business days, while repairs that need structural work, parts ordering or insurance approval can take one to three weeks. We give you a realistic timeline with your estimate and update you if parts availability or the insurer changes the schedule.
